If you receive an item from me that has been misrepresented in the listing or the wrong item (which has never happened) please email me. We will work out a solution. I mostly sell new items that have never been opened. In a case where the item is new but has missing parts or doesn't work properly I would direct you to the manufacturer. If you purchase an item and decide after I ship to you that is not what you wanted you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. When I receive the item back in its original condition I will issue a refund for the cost of the item only minus a 5% re-stocking fee. If an item does not arrive or arrives damaged and insurance was purchased for the item you will be responsible for a small part in the claim filing process. You must keep all packaging and be willing to make a trip to the Post Office or Shipping Company to show them the damage. For items that do not arrive you must be willing to sign an affidavit stating so.
